Following Separation from Elant Inc., EverCare Set to Build Own Brand
Elant Choice, Inc., the nonprofit healthcare organization serving the mid-Hudson Valley, re-launched itself today as EverCare, completing a business and brand separation from its former parent company, Elant Inc. of Goshen that was announced earlier this year.
Now operating under the EverCare banner, the rebrand encapsulates the company’s ever-growing catalog of forward-thinking, community-focused health services. The company’s service portfolio includes three distinct divisions: EverCare Choice, a Managed Long-Term Care Plan (MLTCP); EverCare at Home, a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA); and an Adult Social Day Program housed at the Newburgh campus.
“What we are offering is a continuum of health care services that run the range from insurance product to home care; the EverCare brand identifies both the scope of what we’re offering residents of the Hudson Valley as well as a distinct, high-quality brand,” said EverCare CEO & president Sylvia McTigue. “This change is a logical step in our evolution, and gives us an umbrella under which we can continue to expand our services during our next phase of growth and development.”
“Ms. McTigue’s leadership in the growth of this organization’s offerings has been nothing short of miraculous,” said John MacEnroe, chairman of the EverCare Board of Directors. “Under her leadership, EverCare has increased, more than fourfold, the number of individuals served. Since our launch as a stand-alone corporation, we have unveiled our Certified Home Health Agency, invested $1 million in technology, and positioned our organization to become a household name in community-based care.”
EverCare’s new logo and brand has been designed to represent the organization’s overall competency and commitment, while also maintaining the emotional connection the existing team has built with its current patients under the Elant Choice banner.
The physical rebranding is currently underway, and will extend throughout every aspect of the organization. EverCare’s website is currently in development, and is expected to be launched in the next 90 days. The website will include design elements that subtly convey brand attributes of both the company and its services in a modern, precise, and purposeful manner.
