Our MLTCP is a health plan that specifically takes care of Medicaid and/or Medicare patients with long term care needs. It provides access to a network of medical professionals, pays claims, and uses professionals to manage care through a transparent utilization review process, and ensures that health plan members are receiving the right care at the right time and in the right location.
