What we provide:

  • An environment in which individual contributions are recognized and rewarded as critical to the team’s success
  • A place to grow and learn; many of our staff have been with us for years and have held a variety of roles and titles in support of their personal growth

  • …and more!

What you bring:

  • Ability to function in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment
  • Uncompromised integrity and judgment
  • An ability to make friends and influence people; your ability to partner with others at every level of the organization is critical to success
  • A systematic approach to analyzing gaps, identifying solutions, gaining buy-in without taking ownership, leading people through change, and establishing a strong plan to maintain gains
  • A love of all things workflow…how they work, how they interrelate, how they breakdown, and how to quickly realign when things get off-track
  • A sense of exhilaration as you watch project plans unfold under your skilled guidance
  • An appreciation of the fine art of helping people embrace change and the ability to act as a role model for others
  • A dogged determination to make things work; there is no problem without a solution and you will stick to it until you find it
  • The desire to participate in a strong team where community amongst colleagues is a foundational principle and driver of success
  • A high tolerance for giving and receiving direct feedback. It’s an ingredient we cannot do without
  • Comfort with the unknown. This is a new team. You should expect a lot of change, a lot of innovation, some missteps—which are OK if they lead to further learning, and a lot of hard work. Your sleeves will be rolled up to your shoulders.
