Are you an OD Practitioner who has dabbled in training, or a Trainer who also has OD skills? EverCare is currently seeking a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to help grow and establish our team in Newburgh, NY.  This position is truly a hybrid position. You will have diverse responsibilities for a wide range of activities that support the overall effectiveness of the organization ranging from developing interventions to address audit discrepancies, to contributing to quality initiatives, to designing, developing, and delivering training, to managing large scale, multi-faceted projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or Business (Master’s preferred); 7-10+ years of org effectiveness, org development, training & development, performance consulting and/or change management experience (preferably a mix); Hands-on experience with EMR (as end user or trainer); healthcare experience (clinical or non-clinical).
