Help Desk Technician

Calling all tech-savvy, solution-oriented Help Desk Technicians! EverCare is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to work in our Newburgh, NY location. As Help Desk Technician, you will draw from your excellent technical knowledge to assist staff in resolving basic technical issues and offer sound advice on hardware and software utilization. EverCare currently has a full-time opportunity available for the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years’ experience in a help desk role, or other technology-based customer support role
Certification in ITIL Foundations, CompTIA A+, HDI Desktop Support a plus

Comfort on both the hardware and software side. Yes. It’s possible
You eat stuck throbbers for breakfast
