Leadership

Annette credits interning at EverCare’s Social Day Program in 2009 with changing her life.

Following the internship, she began working at EverCare in January 2014 as a field social worker, providing home visits and making a difference in the lives of those she served.  A short two years later, her compassion and love for those under her care, her endless enthusiasm and energies, her infectiously positive attitude and ability to impact those around her, made her a natural fit to be promoted to lead EverCare’s Social Day Program.

She impacts our clients every day in very meaningful ways.  Annette expanded to include a caregiver support group and internships from Mount Saint Mary College to share the experience of the Social Day Program with future healthcare professionals. “I love my job and enjoy having a true impact, serving and making a difference on a daily basis,” said Annette. “I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be the director of the Social Day Program.”

Annette earned her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, N.Y., and her master’s degree in social work from Adelphi University in Garden City, N.Y.
